The Daniels Team has been great with getting us information on selling our home in Fountain. The was our first home built many years ago so we appreciated the time taken by them to come and look at the house and make suggestions. We sold the home during the time of high inflation and rates, with their help we were able to sell the home. At no time were we disappointed in the Team, they would reach out with updates and were available to our questions and concerns. Tyler Daniels is the absolute best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is also just a great person in general. My family and I were planning a move to the Colorado Springs area and we really wanted to buy a house. We could not be there in person to house shop, so getting some good video footage and honest feedback on the properties was extremely important. Tyler quickly scheduled showings that we requested and advised us on the condition of the house and the surrounding area. He was honest and tailored the videos around the specific criteria we gave him for what we were looking for in a home. We ended up deciding later on that with rising interest rates and some other concerns we had that renting was our best option for now. We felt horrible for having sent Tyler to all these locations just to end up not buying but as I said before, he is just a great person. He understood our situation and he also provided contacts and resources to help us find a rental property. I have discovered over the years that finding honest good people is difficult nowadays. Excellent team to work with from start to finish. They were very thorough with assisting me with preparing my house for sale all the way through to the end. They referred me to several contractors who replaced the carpet and repainted the house on very short notice and at very competitive rates. The process was daunting for a first-time seller, especially being that I was located out of state for the entire process. They were patient and were able to walk me through the steps to ensure the property sold quickly (under contract within 4 days of posting). I would highly recommend them and plan on using their services to purchase a home when we move back to Colorado Springs.

I was so pleased with The Daniels Team professionalism with the sell of my home in 2016 following a divorce that I reached out to them again in 2017 when I once again ready to purchase a home of my own. They went out of their way to help me find the right home. Over the year they have reached out to see how things are going and continue to help me identify resources in the community to assist me with additional work that I need assistance with to get me settled in to my new home. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to a friend.

TJ was the best. We had out 2 month old at the time we were looking at houses, and not only was he cool with a crying baby, but even took her a few times and held her while we checked out the houses. Over all the entire experience was awesome, and even though we made him take us to 15-20+ houses, his attitude was always upbeat and positive. 10/10 would recommend.

TJ Chambliss was our salesman fro the Daniel's Team. He was ALWAYS there for us. He helped us through the financing, inspection and insurance phases of our purchase. He researched and answered questions when they arose. He coordinated fixes needed to include a cinema projector which was replaced; a rather expensive item. He brought us a wall plaque and also a mat with our last name. This guy is awesome. They come no better. We appreciate all he has done for us and are thankful.

We we're very hesitate in the beginning to use an agent, but no other company matched our experience. From day one we had catered care and advice to actually meet our needs. Other companies claimed to treat you as family, but this team really is family.

Alan was amazing! Helped me by suggestions on staging...less than an hour after taking pictures of the house we had showings scheduled and offers in less than 24 hours! They had an awesome electrician that helped us save THOUSANDS of dollars....and a handyman that helped take care of some last minute things to help the closing go off without a hitch! This team is awesome!

Our experience was not so great to put it mildly. Our linder or realtor who was supposed to be our advocate through this experience left us out in the cold! We are military and had a short amount of time to get this deal done. Later we found out you don't use the inspector you real estate agent suggests to you nor the fix it guys she always uses for the contingency on the contract... especially when she will not call you back after the contract has been signed and you find out that in fact the contingencies had not only not been met but were so much worse than you had ever dreamed of!. Had we used a different inspector I think things would have come out differently. We were able to move in on Oct 31st and have had 4 different specialty repairman out here. I understand something going on here and there but its the beginning of Feb..and they are major issues. I have contacted the lender. Just to let him know. complete fail if they had a negative star that is what they would get. odd we went to the Academy office. had a back and forth in that office because somehow somebody did not do their homework and the house was listed under what was owed for the house and the difference needed to be paid so we had to tack that on to our purchase price right in that office. I still have all the text messages and e-mails must be a very odd coincidence.I suppose I should take this to somebody else to have it checked out then find the real people responsible so I can update my review! I suppose if I am in the wrong here dealing with the wrong people I wouldn't expect a contract upheld. So I will do my research and find the right people and now that this has turned into such an issue and it seems I may be reviewing the wrong people I will just have to see what I should do about that. let me get back to that for a review update.
